To find service for your Keystone RV, start with your selling dealer or use Keystone’s online dealer locator to search near your location. If you need an on-site repair, Owner Relations can help you explore nearby service options. Availability, scheduling, and the repairs a provider can perform vary by location.

How do you find a local Keystone dealer or service center?

Use the Find A Dealer tool to search by location and brand. You can also access dealer and service-center resources through the My Keystone app.

Before bringing in your RV, contact the location directly to confirm:

  • Whether it can service your RV and address the reported concern
  • Its next available appointment
  • Whether an inspection is needed before ordering parts
  • What information to provide before arrival

Your selling dealer is a useful first contact because it may already have your purchase and service records.

When is mobile RV service a good option?

A mobile technician may be able to assess and repair your RV at a campground, storage facility, or other accessible location. This can be helpful when moving the RV to a shop would be difficult.

Depending on the provider’s qualifications, equipment, and available parts, mobile service may address plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, or appliance concerns.

Some repairs require a dealership or service center with specialized equipment and workspace. Describe the problem before scheduling so the technician can determine whether an on-site visit is appropriate.

How do you find a mobile service technician?

Contact Keystone Owner Relations for assistance identifying service options near you:

Have your location, RV VIN, and a description of the concern ready. Clear photos and any displayed fault codes can also help explain the issue.

Confirm the appointment directly with the provider, including its service area, availability, travel charges, and site-access requirements. Mobile repair availability should not be assumed to include emergency roadside response.

What should you confirm about warranty repairs?

If you believe a repair may qualify for warranty coverage, contact your dealer or Keystone before authorizing work.

When using a non-authorized service center or mobile provider because an authorized option is unavailable, Keystone requires approval of the repair estimate before work begins. Service-call charges are not covered under the warranty guide’s provisions for these arrangements. Confirm the process and any owner-paid charges in advance. keystonerv-prod.zaneray.com

How can you prepare for a service appointment?

Give the provider a clear account of the problem:

  • What happened and when it started
  • Whether the issue is constant or intermittent
  • How the RV was being used, such as on shore power or battery power
  • Any troubleshooting already completed
  • Relevant photos, videos, or service records

Providing these details before the appointment helps the provider prepare, although parts availability and repair requirements will still affect completion time.

Use Find A Dealer or contact Owner Relations to explore service options before scheduling your repair.
