If your dealer cannot address a warranty concern before your coverage expires, contact Keystone Owner Relations before the expiration date. Documentation does not guarantee approval; coverage remains subject to the applicable warranty terms. Keystone RV
Start with your dealer to discuss the concern and available service appointments. If repairs cannot be scheduled before your warranty expires, reach out to Keystone Owner Relations:
Have your VIN, purchase date, a description of each concern, and any appointment information ready. Keep copies of your communications and supporting photos for reference.
Documenting an issue allows it to be considered for coverage. It should not be treated as an extension of the warranty or confirmation that every reported item is covered.
Your RV’s warranty documents explain coverage, exclusions, limitations, and service requirements. Refer to the Keystone Owner’s Manual and the warranty guide supplied with your RV for those details.
Contact Owner Relations before your warranty expires if a service delay could affect your repair appointment.
